MX Construction, Inc. (MX), located in Nipomo, CA, is a full service commercial general contractor with over 100 years of combined experience. With a staff of over 30 highly qualified and experienced construction employees, we are more than capable of providing construction services to the Federal and Military Construction Industry at a moments notice. Our experience includes remodel, renovation, alteration, rehabilitation, new construction and design build projects. MX has built a reputation for quality construction and timely completion schedules assured by in-house craftsmen capable of self-performing electrical, mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing), carpentry, painting, concrete, and regulatory compliance.

EXPERIENCE

Our experience includes JOC, MATOC, MACC, SATOC, POCA, BOA and IDIQ contracts for Federal and State Government agencies. TIFFANY D. AMEZCUA, CHST, STS-C, PRESIDENT & CEO

Ms. Amezcua has 23+ years’ experience in the construction and regulatory industry and serves in the capacity of Program Manager. Experience includes project inception through design development, value engineering, bid, award, contract negotiations and project delivery. Ms. Amezcua’s extensive background enables her to control the process and deliver service that exceeds customer expectations. As President & CEO, Tiffany is actively involved in the Program Management of all awarded task orders and projects for MX and has full authority to designate the necessary resources to each task order. Ms. Amezcua holds three degrees, two state credentials and all company licenses.

KENNY ALLIS, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Allis has 30+ years’ experience in the construction industry and serves in the capacity of Sr. Project Manager & Estimator. Mr. Allis is the lead member responsible for overall execution of project operations from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating operations in support of MXs growth. This includes formula ng policies and strategic plans for future growth, and managing daily operations of personnel, purchasing, administration and other departments. Mr. Allis also serves as the D-B Coordinator and works closely with the A/E, customer and user to ensure all RFP requirements are in compliance and exceed customer goals. Kenny has developed strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors and Government partners.
